Information you give us
When you request an estimate or start a project, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, product selections, quantities, project notes, and uploaded artwork. A client project portal may show a project reference, order details, shipping status, and invoice status. Please do not upload payment card details or other sensitive personal information.
How we use and share it
We use project information to respond, quote, fulfill orders, and communicate updates. Submitted project records and artwork are stored with our website services and are available through a restricted administrator dashboard. If you create a share link in the Mock-up Studio, anyone with that link can view the selected garment and uploaded artwork and try its colors. Share links are not listed publicly; send them only to people you want to see the design. We use Resend to deliver estimate notification emails. For shipment tracking, we send carrier and tracking details to Shippo, which obtains carrier updates. If you select a payment link, you leave this site for the third-party payment provider; 34Brands does not collect payment card details through this website.
Website hosting and storage
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI. To host, secure, and operate the website, its managed services may process and store information submitted through forms, customer accounts, orders, client portals, and uploaded files. 34Brands does not intentionally submit customer information to ChatGPT conversations or use it to provide AI chat functionality. OpenAI and its service providers may handle information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Optional marketing emails
If you check the separate marketing box on a project or estimate form, we record that choice and may use your email address to send occasional 34Brands product ideas, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time through the link in a marketing email or by contacting info@34brands.com. Unsubscribing will not stop messages about your estimate, order, or project. Submitting a form or accepting the cookie notice alone does not sign you up for marketing. If we use an email campaign provider, we will share the subscribed address with that provider to deliver those emails.
Cookies and site storage
Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for website security and sign-in. We use cookies to remember your privacy and analytics choices. The product catalog stores up to 12 recently viewed products in your browser for up to 90 days to show them again and suggest related products. This history stays on your device; use “Clear recently viewed” in the catalog to remove it. If you choose Accept All, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions on our website using analytics cookies and sends usage information to Google. If you choose Essential Only, analytics cookie storage stays disabled; Google's tag may still send limited signals without analytics cookies. Advertising cookie storage is disabled. You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site's cookies and choosing again. External services you open from this site may have their own privacy practices.
Access and retention
Project submissions and uploaded files remain available to authorized 34Brands staff for business follow-up and recordkeeping. If you would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us and include your project reference if you have one. We may retain information where needed for orders, records, or legal obligations.
Security and links
We restrict access to the administrator dashboard and use secure connections for this website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Links to supplier, carrier, and payment sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
